Kochi does not lack caterers or decorators. What it needed was a studio willing to treat a wedding as one problem worth solving properly, once. Impresario is that studio — décor, logistics, hospitality, and vendor coordination under a single wedding coordinator.
Based in Kochi, we work across Kerala: Fort Kochi, Kumarakom, Munnar, Alleppey, and every district from Thiruvananthapuram to Kasaragod. Families here, and couples returning from the Gulf, the US, and Europe.

A wedding coordinator at Impresario is the architect of the day: vendor maps, ritual timing, guest flow, and the quiet decisions that keep a celebration feeling effortless. We started because most planning we saw was either purely transactional or purely traditional — rarely both considered, and current, at the same time.

What does a wedding coordinator actually do?
A wedding coordinator is the person who turns a collection of vendors into a single day. At Impresario that means design, vendor maps, ritual timing, guest hospitality, and running the floor — so the family is not also the production team.
Do we still need a wedding coordinator if vendors are already booked?
Yes. Vendors execute their own work. A wedding coordinator holds the joins between them: the cue that the ceremony is running long, the guest who cannot find the hall, the lighting change that has to happen while you are in photographs. That is the work families feel only when it is missing.
Do you work with couples living abroad?
Often. Many of our weddings are for couples returning from the Gulf, the US, or Europe. Your wedding coordinator becomes the on-ground studio in Kerala — venue, travel, hospitality, and the week of the wedding — while you remain involved in the decisions that should be yours.
